Property Pick & Mix

It couldn’t be easier for our clients. You can simply pick one of our designs, choose one of our many plots, which are set in wine valleys and orchards, and quite simply, we take care of the rest.

We already have licenses for these designs and once you choose a plot we tie up the license for the design with the plot of your choice at the local Town Hall. We can start building your dream home.

Land Finding

We have lots of building plots on our books and access to many more. What differentiates us from other agents is that we own many of these plots. This minimises the work and timescales for our clients by allowing us to:

1. ensure that there are no problems with the plot (debts/ownership rights/etc.)
2. guarantee that we can build on the plot and obtain the appropriate paperwork
3. arrange for the connection of water and electric to the site
4. pass the benefits to our Construction arm when you choose to build with us
5. control factors that may impact our reputation

Planning & Permissions

We offer a service to help you obtain all the planning and permissions required from the various authorities for:

1. Renovation Projects
2. Change of Use Applications
3. Extensions
4. New Builds

Building Dream Homes

If our "Off the Shelf" designs do not suit your needs we can work with our architects to design the home of your dreams. Once the design is signed off by you we will then take care of all the planning and permissions required from the various authorities. We will also quote and build your dream home using our own trusted builders. Providing you with a one stop shop for all your needs.

WE ARE THE BUILDER (the largest in the area), and being local it provides you with access to our previous work and reputation - so that you can verify our credentials for yourself and put your mind at ease that your investment is in safe hands.
