PAJOBI SL was founded over 20 years ago by Pascual Toral Diaz (one of the owning partners of this agency). Starting out with only 3 men, Pascual has built the company up to what is now the largest construction company in the area.

The foundation of this growth has been his reputation to deliver a quality product without any problems or complications. Being local, trusted and with a sound reputation for problem free delivery has meant that PAJOBI SL is currently responsible for around 70% of all builds in the area.

This experience and reputation is offered to our clients – we design build and deliver dream homes without any problems or complications. We will help you with every step of the build process and obtain all legal documentation for you. We take great pride in maintaining our reputation.

It couldn’t be easier for our clients. You can simply pick one of our designs, choose one of our many plots, which are set in wine valleys and orchards, and quite simply, we take care of the rest.

We already have licenses for these designs and once you choose a plot we tie up the license for the design with the plot of your choice at the local Town Hall. We can start building your dream home.
